Functional Features
G Drive Inverter Controlled Drive System: Provides very high spinning speeds (G's:380-387, standard G's=300). In this way, it is ensured that the moisture content of the textiles remains below 50% after spinning. This means significant time and energy savings in drying and roller ironing processes.
IMTx Inteli Tool: Provides washing programme flexibility and graphical programme tracking with a total of 99 programmes. Simple and fast programme transfer between machines is possible.
Just in Load Function: Provides proportional adjustment and optimisation in case the machines are loaded lower than their nominal capacity.
Aquafall System: This function allows water to be sprayed from the wings inside the open pocket drum. This function increases the efficiency in washing processes and especially increases the rinsing efficiency significantly. Combined with today's chemical technologies, it is possible to reduce the number of rinses from 3 to 2 in washing processes.
Aquamixer Equipment: Provides precise and accurate bath temperature determination. Setting the desired temperatures also reduces and optimises direct steam consumption in the machines.
Improved Water Level Control Scheme: A total of 6 water level controls will provide significant flexibility and water saving in washing processes. The presence of 2 or 3 level controls in compartment type machines makes a significant difference between consumption values.
MDS Shock Absorber: By absorbing 95% of the vibration, it reduces the floor loads and minimises the risk of vibration and sound propagation to the neighbouring areas.
Dosing System: With standard powder (5 compartments) and liquid (6 connections) chemical dosing systems, fully flexible operation is provided. In this way, it is possible to use different chemicals in some special textiles or to feed from the powder compartment when the liquid dosing pumps fail.
