2.000-4000 kg/h. It is produced in a double serpentine structure with gas and/or liquid fuel at 10-16 bar steam operating pressures. All measurement, control and safety armatures were selected from internationally known brands and almost all of them were backed up. Some technological advantages of the units are summarized below

Heavy Duty Construction, designed with the use of P quality sheet and pipe in accordance with 97/23EC Norms.

Fully Safe Structure with low

Safe Design in which all control elements are used with redundancy (double) for Permak Fail Proof Additional Safety . (Double Mechanical Safety Valve, Dual Pressure Switch, Dual Temperature Transmitter.)

PLC Controlled Full Modulation (1/10-10/10; Burner, External Fan and Pump Controlled) Automatic Operating System where all process parameters can be included in the system with special software.

Proportional Controlled Pneumatic Outlet Valve Module , which protects the Steam Quality, prevents water entrainment and stalling of the generator, and provides full automatic start-stop operations in the units.

PLC Controlled Pneumatic Start Valve Group, which enables the system to enter the automatic regime at the beginning of the job .

Selonoid Valve Grb. which enables automatic (programmable) Bottom Blowdown process at the end of the job.

* Improved Design with Double Main Coil and Additional Flue Gas Line Preheat Coil providing high efficiency . (Efficiency˃91.5% average, Flue Gas Temperature˂250°C, Flue O2˂3.5%, Flue NOx˂60 ppm.)

* Energy Saving and Minimum Thermal Radiation provided by preheating the Combustion Air on the Double Jacketed outer wall . (Thava˃80°C, Yield Increase: +1.6:1.8%.)

Beck Type Burner Group with external fan designed with a special flame length proportional to the combustion chamber and serpentine group for Steam Generators . (Flam)

Additional All Module with quadruple level electrode control, which protects the whole system by constantly measuring the water level and temperature inside the coil.

* Triplex Pump Group, designed as a double unit for high pressure water supply , economically back-up in special cases.

Conductivity Control Module option that measures the Feed Water quality and protects the system under unsuitable conditions.

Compact Electrical Panel where all electrical and electronic elements are selected from internationally known brands (Schneider & Siemens).
