Custom baskets for flexible washing solutions

Firbimatic offers the possibility of adapting the dimensions of the washing baskets according to the intended use and the model of the system chosen: starting from solutions with baskets of mm 300 x 450 x 200 to reach to large components baskets (on request up to mm 1000 x 1000 x h 1000).

Ultrasonic technology in aqueous washing machines

Ultrasonics also find space in water and detergent washing technology, proving to be extremely effective when it is necessary to eliminate layers of burnt oil and other solid residues (such as polishing pastes, lapping and oxides) from the surface of metal components.

The detachment of the most difficult particles is favoured by the energy produced by the ultrasonics: thousands of bubbles, formed by the action of cavitation, implode on the contaminant, so crumbling it completely.
