Functional Features:
Improved Design: Thanks to the drum designed with high loading ratio (ff:1/20-1/25) and large inner diameter (¢750-1.225 mm.), the drying cycle can be completed in short times (t:30-40 min.) by ensuring optimum distribution of textiles and ideal contact with air.
Improved Control System: The improved Microprocess Controller ensures that the air temperature is kept at the optimum level by continuously measuring the inlet and outlet air temperatures, resulting in significant time and energy savings.
Improved Drive System: With the inverter-controlled drum drive system and the second fan drive motor system, operating speeds can be adjusted and drying process optimisation is achieved at an ideal level.
Strong Heating Module: Steel Steam Coil designed at High Pressure (~8 bar), powerful Atmospheric Gas Burner Group or powerful Electric Resistance Group, drying power is increased by selecting 30% larger compared to its equivalents, thus saving 10% of drying times.
Pneumatic Cooling Cycle Module: While fast cooling is provided with cold air sent to the drum by by-passing the coil in the cooling process, additional energy saving is also achieved as the coil temperature is kept constant without cooling.
Automatic Humidity Control System: The optional humidity control system continuously measures the humidity in the exhaust air and automatically terminates the drying process when the desired humidity is reached. In this way, damage to textiles due to over-drying is prevented and energy saving is achieved.
Thermal Body Insulation: With full thermal body isolation, thermal losses to the environment are minimised and energy savings are achieved and ambient air conditioning and cooling loads can be reduced significantly.
Exhaust Recirculation System: The Exhaust Recirculation System, developed on the basis of the very high moisture retention ability of the air, can reuse the Drying Air passed through the Heating Module up to 30% in an automatically adjustable manner, thus saving 30% of energy consumption.
